Yes, we ship our snack boxes and market items to over 100 countries worldwide directly from our warehouse in Japan.

Are there vegetarian or vegan options available?

While many of our snacks are vegetarian-friendly, some contain ingredients like dashi (fish stock) or gelatin. We provide a detailed culture guide in every box that lists all ingredients and common allergens for each snack.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination. Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days, and international shipping takes between 1 to 4 weeks depending on the selected shipping method.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your box's journey from Japan to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there are missing items, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
