Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal Japanese snacks, Bokksu generally cannot accept returns on food items to ensure food safety and quality. However, if your box arrived damaged or is missing items, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or refund.

Return Process

    Take clear photos of the damaged packaging, the shipping label, and the specific items affected within 48 hours of delivery.

    Contact Support

    Email our Happiness Team with your order number and the attached photos to initiate a claim for damaged or missing goods.

  • 3.
    Review Process

    Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days to verify the damage and determine eligibility for a replacement shipment.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once approved, we will ship out your replacement items at no extra cost or issue a store credit to your account if the item is out of stock.
